The menus at e{a} are continuously evolving. The seasons control the available produce, and so we adapt and adjust the menu on a weekly basis.
We are always listening to what our guests say, and weave those conversations into our own growth. We feed on the idea of the guests themselves, and their entire experience, becoming part of the creative process. Each night guests will eat dishes that are being served for the first time, as well as old favorites; paired with plenty of anecdotes to bridge inspiration.
We are currently serving a tasting menu consisting of around 12 courses.
